Our New Year's stay was fantastic! The chalets were roomy, the kids loved the zoo, and the staff provided excellent customer service. We'll be back!
Michelle's birthday was a huge success! The Giraffe Arena chalet was amazing, and the whole experience was lovely. Breakfast with the giraffes was a definite highlight!
My family and I had a fantastic time! The kids were entertained for hours at the zoo, feeding the giraffes and other animals was a highlight. The room was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us a room upgrade!
While there were a few minor issues, we had a mostly positive experience. The animal encounters were very nice, and the staff were friendly, though service could be improved.
Our Eid holiday was perfect! The resort and zoo were amazing, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and cute. A must-see location.
