The front desk staff seemed efficient enough, I guess. The check-in process went smoothly.
The room I got was a little rough around the edges. The AC unit was making a weird noise all night. the promised complimentary zoo tickets weren't initially provided, so I had to go back to reception to sort it out (small annoyance, but still).

The room lacked basic amenities. Specifically, no towels were provided initially. i had to request towels, a bit inconvenient.

the room upgrade i got was a nice surprise.
I wasn't too happy with the state of things. The bathroom smelled bad the entire time, and the room was like it needed a deeper clean. also, i found the promised ironing board was missing from my room, that was quite inconvenient.

very nice activitieseasy accessattentive staff
i booked the giraffe arena chalet and waking up to those amazing animals was a dream! the activities were very nice, with easy access to restaurants. i especially appreciated how attentive and helpful every staff member was. the entire place was unbelievably stroller friendly!
the wifi was pretty slow at times, i must admit.

the chalet was spacious and had blackout curtains, which helped with afternoon naps. there was no animal smell, a huge relief, considering the proximity to the zoo. two full-size mirrors and ample closet space made getting ready simple.

room service was quick and efficient, with our order arriving in under thirty minutes. breakfast had a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruit options. i also noticed they provided options for gluten sensitivities.

ms. tiruni at the front desk remembered our names and always asked about our day. the concierge swiftly arranged taxis whenever we requested. housekeepers were prompt with their daily service!
